Procedures are being performed at all participating facilities. We are now offering Tele-Medicine also! Please call the office at 703-435-3366 to schedule your appointment. As you know, the media coverage for Coronavirus is widespread, and with the news of confirmed cases in the Metro DC area, we at The Gastroenterology Group, PC would like to assure you that we are taking the necessary precautions to make sure our office remains a safe place for our patients and staff. We are closely monitoring advisories and updates from CDC and local health officials. We have also put in place the following preventative measures: We currently clean each room between patients, sanitizing any shared surfaces in the bathroom, reception area, and treatment rooms. We are following CDC protocols for washing hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, before and after each patient. Cover your nose and mouth with something disposable (like a tissue) when you cough or sneeze. Throw the tissue in the trash after you use it and immediately wash your hands.
